Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher/Coordinator full of patience, positive energy, and who can make any customer feel appreciated. Primary duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Taking service calls and accurately documenting these calls on our service call database
• Daily data entry of Service calls, preparing estimates using Quickbooks for new installation jobs

• Learning admin assistant duties
• Data entry Fast Typist

• Ability to learn commercial food service industry terminology and knowledge of commercial food service appliances

• Quickly get up to speed on Service Call and Fleet Management software

• Address customer escalations and diffuse the situation

• Assess Customer needs and dispatch technicians in efficient manner

• Coordinate installation projects with respective customers on as need basis

• Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills
• Computer proficient, Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Excellent Planning & Organization skills
• Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented Team Player
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
