Our company is a leading provider of maintenance services, specializing in residential management and repairs. We are seeking a talented and reliable Maintenance Dispatcher to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Compensation begins at $22 per hour depending on experience
• The schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - 32 hours per week
• This is an in-office position in Beaverton OR

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for all maintenance requests and inquiries.
• Receive incoming maintenance requests via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Gather essential information from customers or internal staff regarding the nature and urgency of maintenance issues.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance requests based on the severity, available resources, and established protocols.
• Dispatch maintenance technicians and assign them to specific tasks according to their expertise and availability.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation, including work orders, service records, and customer information, is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Act as a liaison between customers, maintenance technicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements:

• WPM of 75+ typing test required
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using technology tools, such as email, phone systems, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in urgent situations.
