Dishwasher/Busser

Job Summary:
The I'On Club is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Dishwasher/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, as well as assisting with bussing tables. Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing plates, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel or food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
