Key Responsibilities as a Dishwasher for dnata Catering, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to efficiently clean and organize the kitchen area, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Your role will involve operating commercial dishwashing machines, properly handling, and storing clean dishes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace will contribute to the overall success and reputation of dnata Catering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will
- Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management.
- Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers.
- Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation.
- Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.
- Sanitize all trolleys, carriers’ oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.

- This position is responsible for ensuring that all Sanitation Team Members possess and demonstrate the knowledge to follow all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures.
- This position is responsible for developing a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate will lead employees to ensure compliance with all safety, company, and regulatory procedures. In addition, ensuring that the sanitation process meets all FDA and/or USDA and internal requirements.
- The individual will ensure that the sanitation SOP is being followed and all activities are documented per company policy.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP.

The salary for this position is [$$$] hourly with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
You Have:
- EDUCATION: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in cleaning/ housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience
