Position Summary
The Dishwasher cleans and maintains all dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and related smallware in the kitchen and restaurant. The position is responsible for the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen, including the emptying of all trash, keeping floors, prep tables, and storage areas clean and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machine.
- Wash specific items by hand, i.e., wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Maintain a proper supply of clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Remove garbage regularly.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No experience needed!

Weekly day range:
- Weekends as needed
