Ideal candidates have restaurant dishwashing experience, can hustle without sacrificing quality, have dependable attendance, consistently follow food safety regulations, have an interest in craft beer, and care about HUB's values of community, sustainability, and protecting the environment.
Our skilled kitchen team works with a prep-forward, quick execution pub menu using high quality and sustainable ingredients (including HUB beer!). There is plenty of opportunity to cross-train to strengthen your skills, learn new ones, and grow your culinary career.
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Can provide a valid Food Handler Card within 14 days of hire date.
- Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts, and flexibility for occasional additional shifts if needed.
- Able to handle the physical requirements for the job including - stand and move throughout kitchen for duration of shift; lift and carry up to 50lbs.
PREFERRED qualifications
- Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant or brewpub preferred.
- Knowledge of and a passion for the beer industry.
- A desire to learn and take action to protect the planet.
