ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
- Responsible for seeing that the rules and regulations, as set forth by the division/gaming board, are being adhered to (as it relates to the operations of CCTV systems.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages all team members in the Surveillance Department. This person is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES/ JOB DIMENSIONS: Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends, and holiday periods.
