About the Role:

The Director, Strategy Operations is a key role in designing and delivering the strategic building blocks of transformational growth and managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects to ensure the company is executing against its strategic initiatives.

The base compensation range for this role is: $200,002 - $270,590

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the company's strategy cadence by working with the functional leaders to ensure we have the appropriate analysis and information to make strategic decisions regarding our product roadmap, go to market model, global expansion and customer success.
  • Project manage the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the functional teams to ensure we operationalize initiatives and achieve our goals
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives to optimize investment between various country and customer opportunities.
  • Build the company's acquisition playbooks for deal sourcing, transaction execution and post-close integration.
  • Manage the integration of acquisitions post transaction
  • Source, seed and accelerate transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience in a BD or strategy role at a software company.
  • Demonstrated leadership with a commitment to execution to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Relevant experience in transformation, strategy, and project management/delivery, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy or in a strategy/transformation function.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with natural curiosity and a capacity to think holistically and strategically.
  • Proven ability to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills - this one is not fluff....the person in this role must be an excellent communicator.
