Associate Director Of Nursing

We are seeking a Associate Director of Nursingfor our prestigious Skilled Nursing facility in Everett, WA. 
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No On-Call! 
Earn up to $140,000 annually! 

Qualifications: 

• Unencumbered Washington RN license - BSN License.

• 2+ years of experience as an RN 

• 2+ years of experience in an SNF 

• 2+ years of supervisory experience 

What you’ll do: 

• This position develops and implements nursing services, objectives, and policies, and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations as well as local standards and guidelines. 

• Designs, implements and evaluates nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintain and promote resident rights.

• Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents.

•  The ADON is responsible for surveillance, maintaining records, data collection, and assessment, evaluation of Incident Reports, reporting to Safety Committee, Infection Control Committee, and Quality Assessment/Assurance Committee.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
