Job description

As the Director of Sales & Product Marketing, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales and marketing, ensuring that our sales team is empowered with the knowledge, tools, content, and strategies needed to sell more effectively. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our product positioning and market share. This includes overseeing product launches, implementing go-to-market plans, managing sales collateral, conducting market research, and developing training programs for sales teams.


  • Develop sales packages, collateral, playbooks, and data-driven resources to support the sales team in effectively engaging with clients and closing deals.

  • Create and conduct training programs that enhance the advertising sales team's product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive positioning.

  • Initially manage and mentor one direct report, with the potential of leading future team growth.

  • Create targeted messaging and positioning for our products, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Manage the Marketing Materials Repository, ensuring sales teams have access to up-to-date, effective sales and marketing resources.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, and new opportunities for business growth.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales and Product Marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales enablement, Product Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership management role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement and Product Marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills, with the proficiency to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of the sales process and customer journey, with experience developing materials and programs that enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • The ability to partner with graphic designers to complete materials, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing sales and marketing collateral.


Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $150,000-$170,000
. (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
