The Director, Product Management – Supply Chain, Merchandising and Omni Fulfillment will play a critical role in transforming omnichannel initiatives and strategies to prepare the network for planned store and digital growth. This position will lead the full ideation and development of capabilities supporting our Merchandising and Supply Chain retail operations (stores and digital).This position will partner with cross-functional leaders to understand business needs and drive strategic prioritization across all related technology platforms and products. This position is responsible for overseeing all activities related to managing the product lifecycle, including product strategy, requirements gathering, feature and capability/tool road-mapping, cross-functional collaboration for roadmap implementation, internal communication, and stakeholder management.

- Defines the technology product strategy and capability, systems & tools roadmap for Supply Chain, Merchandising and Omni Fulfillment initiatives based on business needs, customer demand, and competitive benchmarking
- Manages the capability and feature backlog for Merchandising, which includes Merchandise financial planning, Forecasting & Replenishment, and inventory advancements
- Manages the capability and feature backlog for Supply Chain, which includes Transportation, Order, Warehouse, and Inventory Management
- Collaborates across relevant business functions and technology teams to create business cases, epics and user stories for major enhancements, project delivery, and ongoing optimization
- Partners with project managers and technology development teams to prioritize and develop various enhancements and introduce new features according to business requirements
- Coordinates with relevant business and technology teams to sustain the product and identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements
- Maps the supply chain, merchandising and fulfillment process for the product and enhances the existing product in collaboration with designers and the development team
- Advocates for the business by capturing the voice of customers and internal users and articulating the value of the product at all levels of the organization
- Partners with training and other key business stakeholders to develop launch readiness plans on new product implementations and enhancements
- Leverages analytics and monitors KPIs to measure the impact of the product features delivered to report results back to business users and executive leadership
- Partners with key software and hardware vendors to manage delivery fo key initiatives, issue resolution, and to support various parts of the related business areas, including but not limited to Manhattan Associates, Lucas, MercuryGate, John Galt, Sterling Order Management Solution and Narvar
- Supports the planning and budgeting process for technology investments in respective product area
- Supports user acceptance testing/product QA for project implementation and ongoing enhancement deployments

- 8+ years of Product Owner experience in retail supply chain and merchandising
- Experience in retail preferred
- This position is based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office/2 days remote
- Strong knowledge of order management, omnichannel fulfillment, and distribution center technologies
- Experience with supply chain and omni-fulfilment technology partners such as Manhattan Associates, Lucas, MercuryGate, and Narvar a plus
- Experience in leading and driving roadmap creation, prioritization, delivery, and optimization of omni-fulfillment initiatives such as ship from store, BOPIS, and other fulfillment from store projects
- Must be at least 18 years of age
