Responsibilities

• Create and drive the vision for Indeed Flex’s Worker Retention including Browse experience, Matching & Offering, Status Program, and Machine Learning products.
• Manage and grow a team of product managers.
• Build a roadmap and define execution strategies with the team by utilizing data, user research, and business priorities. Work closely with stakeholders, including the Fulfillment & Worker Retention service group and Indeed Flex’s Senior Leadership Team.
• Define metrics to measure the success of the features your team builds. Possess a drive for velocity, be highly adaptable, and demonstrate an ability to take a big idea and distill it into a clear and consistent plan that’s backed by data.
• Build relationships and partnerships with people and teams across the company, align on strategy, vision, and execution.

Skills/Competencies

• Experience in a fast-paced/startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of Product Management experience or its equivalent
• 3+ years of 2-sided Marketplace experience building machine learning or ranking / matching products
• 2+ years managing a team and are deeply committed to coaching, mentoring, and supporting future leaders. You’re not afraid to be hands on and act as a player-coach when needed.
• Proven track record of cross-functional partnering to execute on strategy.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

• United States - Remote - $178,000 - 258,000 USD per year
• Austin Metro Area - $178,000 - 258,000 USD per year
• New York City Metro Area - $208,000 - 302,000
• Seattle Metro Area - $222,000 - 322,000
• San Francisco Metro Area - $242,000 - 350,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
