```Duties```
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with routers, switches, wiresless access points, and other network eqipment
- Test Cat5A, Cat6A and Fiber Optic cables
- Ability to run & new Cat5A, Cat6A or Fiber Optics Cables
- Ability to use Putty and remote desktop support software
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Network Service Technician or in a related field is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of various brands routers & switches, including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Juniper & Ubiquiti.
- Knowledge of Analog Phone Lines, PBX Systems & VIOP Phone Systems
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to use tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
