About this Role

This role is based at our office headquarters in NYC, NY.  This is a hybrid role that includes a few days in office expected each week. Pay Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, and experience. 

Reporting to the VP, Operations, this person will lead a team composed of Maesa managers as well as multiple 3PLs (domestic and international).  

Must be comfortable with data analysis utilizing Excel, Power BI and other systems. This is a critical component of this role.

We seek a highly self-motivated and energetic individual who is comfortable digging into details and rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  1. Oversees and at times, engage in order processing from time of order receipt to fulfillment and delivery for multiple retailers including Target & Walmart; comfortable with excel to allocate inventory based on multi-level priorities
  2. Experienced in managing multiple warehouses- domestic and international; experienced in warehouse moves
  3. Track orders daily to ensure we meet our monthly shipment goals by customer and brand
  4. Manage all 3PLs, review and approve invoices, conduct weekly calls with each 3PL to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders and receipt of timely ASNs
  5. In partnership with Sales, ensure orders for collect customers picked up on time; for prepaid customers, ensure freight forwarders in TMS have the right data and submit PODs in a timely manner
  6. Manage inventory transfers and conduct inventory reconciliations where needed
  7. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as well as cadenced reporting utilizing excel and Power BI is bread and butter for this role
  8. Directs the implementation and upgrading of systems; Mentors, develops, and evaluates the performance of direct staff; clear and concise communication skills required
  9. Experience working in and managing ERP, TMS and WMS - knowledge of Epicor a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fulfillment and inventory management in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Previous experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods
