Job Description
We are looking for someone to start immediately in our shipping and receiving department as a Customer Service Representative.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10am-4pm
Requires:
- Answering phone calls
- Helping customers/Customer satisfaction
- Tracking orders
- Fulfilling orders
- Detail orientated with order notes
- Selling/Substituting product
- Answering emails
- Keeping warehouse supplies stocked
- Arranging shipping schedule
- Reviewing and Processing backorders
