In this pivotal leadership position, you'll be guiding the department's resources to achieve critical objectives. As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, utilizing your skills. Overseeing 13 operating rooms and 4 endoscopy suites across the main hospital and outpatient surgery center, your leadership will directly impact our workforce of 85 FTEs.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a Bachelor's degree and an ACLS certification upon hi active Arizona State Registered RN License, along with a minimum of 4.5 years of experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a Director of OR in a critical care hospital, is essential for this role. If you possess 5+ years of upper management experience in a critical care hospital, it would be an added advantage.
