Casino in Tucson, AZ seeks qualified Director of Security to oversee Security operations for the property
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements departmental policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure the protection of all company assets as wells as the safety and welfare of guests and team members.
- Making suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, for the internal security of specific operations and departments as well as all guests on property.
- Ensures the quality of operations in all areas of the Security Department.
- Supervises all activities on property, to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and controls of the company, OSA, and Gaming Commission are enforced throughout the company.
- Ten years security experience.
- Must have been a Director for 3 years or a Manager for 7 years in security or related field.
- Background and knowledge of Security operations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, safety, investigation, and legal issues.
- A proven people leader with success building and leading high performing teams.
