As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Maintaining the budgeted census levels at your community through a coordination of external and internal marketing efforts
• Guaranteeing that residents and their families experience a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process
• Developing and maintaining relationships to advise them of programs and services the community can provide
• Maintaining a working knowledge of Federal and State regulations

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs and managed care referral processes
• Education or previous experience in the healthcare field
• Able to communicate effectively
