About the Director of Sales and Marketing Position,
You have the opportunity to build relationships inside and outside our community, helping seniors in the sales journey from interest to move-in.
You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
You’ll develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Work with future residents in all sales process, tour, contracts and move in.

Qualifications & Skills
We’d love to talk if you have the following:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible bonus opportunities.
