The Ridge at New Bern Assisted Living & Memory Care & The Ridge at Pikeville Assisted Living are dedicated to creating environments where moments of Joy, Independence, and Wellness are the focus each and every day for our residents and employees. This position will provide support for both our New Bern & Pikeville locations.

We are looking for a conscientious, compassionate, and outcome-oriented person to join our team in the role of Director of Sales and Marketing. This position focuses on helping potential residents and their loved ones define and fulfill their needs for elderly care and support.
