The Quest:
We’re on the hunt for a whimsical, energetic, and slightly quirky Activity Director to spearhead our quest for fun. If you dream in color, find joy in the little things, and believe that every day is an opportunity for a party, you might just be the hero we’re looking for.
Your Epic Saga Will Include:
Conjuring up a kaleidoscope of activities that tickle the fancy of our dynamic residents,
Collaborating with the staff, residents, and their families) to script a blockbuster calendar of events that is engaging and entertaining.
Leading excursions into the local community
Being the maestro of our social media, sharing tales of our adventures far and wide, making everyone wish they lived here too.
Guiding a merry band of volunteers and staff in the arts of joy and fun, ensuring they’re ready to spread the cheer.
The Hero We’re Seeking:
Possesses a bottomless bag of creativity, energy, and a genuine love for engaging with senior adventurers.
Previous experience working in a senior living environment or related setting is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for working with seniors.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Willing to embark on quests at varying hours, including the occasional evening, weekend, and holiday.

Pay: $18.08 - $21.77 per hour
