Prewett Pest Control is seeking an executive level, Director of Sales, to manage and oversee the sales operations for the organization. This position requires someone who is self motivated, competitive, success driven and has a proven track record in leading a high performing sales organization. The Director of Sales will play an integral role in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030. This is a ground floor opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the South East and throughout the United States. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for company growth
- Create and communicate sales goals and progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Recruit, interview, hire and train inside and outside sales professionals
- Work closely with the outside sales professionals with goal setting, accountability, pipeline management, community involvement, referral marketing and participating in company hosted events
- Oversee and build out a Lead Management System for the inside and outside sales professionals
- Oversee a cross-sell program for existing customers
- Work with and facilitate membership and engagement with local chambers of commerce, realtor associations, home builder associations and other partnership organizations
- Travel to existing service centers and lead sales meetings and ongoing training
- Managing existing sales markets:
- East Alabama
- West Georgia
- West Alabama
- Gulf Coast
- Open new markets outside of PPC's existing footprint
- Huntsville, Alabama/North Alabama
- TBD
- Relevant experience leading and managing a successful sales organization
- Must be able to show a proven track record leading a team and growing a sales organization
- Licenses in pest, termite and mosquito are required (or should be obtained)
- Base Salary + Bonuses + Profit Sharing + Benefits
- Base Salary: $80K-$120K (based on experience)
- Bonuses: $20-60K
- Monthly Bonuses based on sales results
- Annual Bonus based on annual results
