What you'll do

The primary goal of the Director of Revenue Operations is to meet and exceed TrackFive's revenue expectations on a consistent basis. They are a growth-focused professional with killer interpersonal skills that builds strong, lasting relationships as the absolute depiction of TrackFive's brands. They drive success by managing and participating in all phases of the sales cycle and ensure that the highest level of customer service is consistently provided to all clients and prospective clients. They also work closely with coordinating departments to expand upon and enhance TrackFive's existing products, strategically supporting overall company growth.

The life of TrackFive's Director of Revenue Operations

  • Participate in all phases of the client life cycle, including cold-calling, product demonstrations, negotiation, client onboarding, upselling, and retention efforts
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across T5
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the markets and geographies in which clients operate, and how it affects their business and initiatives
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budget processes-proactively monitoring and maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in planning efforts
  • Track and utilize client analytics to provide suggestions for improving the client experience
  • Enforce day-to-day sales goals and objectives in accordance with company directives
  • Develop strategies and unique selling propositions to meet targets
  • Partner with executive team to elevate sales incentives and compensation programs
  • Work closely with administrative team to address billing concerns
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to rapidly solve problems, bugs, and compatibility issues
  • Represent TrackFive at tradeshows, showcasing products and services to potential clients and partners
  • Hire, develop, and lead a dream team of salespeople and CSMs
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training for department
  • Support T5 culture by living and breathing company values, being the ultimate team player, and habitually leading by example


Skills necessary

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or customer service leadership role
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and working knowledge of internet marketing tools
  • Expert in selling strategies, strategic planning, and execution
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven success in coaching and developing others, delegating, and leading through positive influence
  • Impressive communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels
  • Genuine people-person that loves building relationships and demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills
  • Competitive spirit, driven to crush goals
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic to act with integrity, take initiative, and be a team player
  • Access to our Lancaster, PA office is required a minimum of 3 days per week
