Director of Recruitment

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruiting to join our team with Healthcare experience. As the Director of Recruiting, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for our organization. You will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including lead generation, social media management, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Implement succession planning strategies to identify future talent needs

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Director of Recruiting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment best practices and current trends
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred)
- Familiarity with succession planning strategies
- Excellent interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paychex preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
