Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization. They are looking for a Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance. This position is based in the Bradenton / Sarasota, FL area. This is a hybrid role that requires both in-office and work-from home scheduling. This person will oversee the QAPI team as well as be a subject matter expert to the entire organization for all regulatory compliance and quality questions. A Registered Nurse is required with multi-site QAPI leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health. Hospice experience is strongly preferred as well. Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Requirements

• Current multi-site Home Health and HospiceQuality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience.
• Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Registered Nurse with bachelor’s degree required. Master’s or advanced degrees and certifications preferred.
• Management experience over a remote workforce is ideal.
• Speaking and presentation experience a plus.

Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and be an organizational resource for all quality and Compliance related issues.
• Stay up to date on all federal and state-wide Home Health and Hospice rules and regulations.
• Attend and speak at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to help scale organization.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
