Director of Projects

Job Description:
The Director of Projects will:
· Oversee multiple Vaccination and Covid-19 Testing Projects contracted by the city servicing all five boroughs.
· Coach, develop, and train a staff of ten managers to follow protocol and procedures and master soft/hard skills.
· Oversee communication between field staff and managers, and ensure all escalations are directed to the director level.
· Uphold high expectations on accountability and real-time turnaround response from senior level to City Officials.
· Ensure all spreadsheets are maintained and updated daily (MedRite and City).
· Implement structure and action plans.
· Provide weekly reporting progress to Senior Directors.
· Provide first-class concierge service in Occ Med, Covid Testing, and Vaccinations.
· Oversee employee timesheets and reimbursements.
· Oversee vaccine inventory.
· Oversee one-off projects contracted by the city.
· Conduct one on 1’s and huddles with managers.
· Implement structure from a clinical standpoint for centers.
· Support planning, organizing, and directing programs for the Project Division.
· Prepare accurate and timely analysis to capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
· Provide leadership to and management of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.
· Manage a diverse, high-performing team and provides career coaching, growth, and personal development for direct/indirect team members.
· Ensure all project management relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives.
· Strategize, create and oversee project tasks.
· Oversee CPU, LTCF, AHV PEDs, and B2B Operations.
· Oversee accountability sheets for LTCF & AHV PEDs, B2B vaccination projects.
· Escalate all HR processes.
· Review Payroll and reimbursements before final approval from Senior Director.
· Perform other duties as assigned and warranted.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· Graduate degree preferred.
· 5 or more years of management experience in an operational environment.
· 5 or more years of management or supervisory experience.
· Relevant experience in the industry environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Effective leadership, team building, and change management skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Salary- $90,000-$110,000 annually
