Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Director of Project Management for Methodist Healthcare System. The Director is responsible for developing the process designed to identify and articulate a workforce response to the strategic plan, annual objectives, and business forecast. This role will conduct forecasting of talent needed, and interface with hospital-based operators and field human resources operators to project future workforce needs. This role will provide strategic workforce advice to HR business partners and division personnel. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• Initiate broad strategy for HR workforce planning that includes project intake, visualization tools, and labor forecasting.
• Partner with colleagues and customers to achieve meaningful discussions regarding data outputs and feedback on usage activities to streamline HR initiatives at all company levels.
• Drive discussions and prepare materials for colleagues, lead debate and problem solving, and build consensus.
• Use methods to understand and solve complex problems.
• Determine root causes and apply ideas through collaboration with hospital teams to test, validate, hypothesize, and form recommendations.
• Manage multiple high-profile projects for the department and division.
• Lead project integration from division to hospital level.

What qualifications you will need:

• Master’s Degree
• 1+ year(s) of experience in relevant work
