Job Description

The Director of Therapy is responsible for all clinical operations and evaluation of clinical practice. The Director of Therapy will provide leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management for all aspects of the assigned clinical responsibilities in a manner that ensures high quality, cost-effective care. 

Director of Therapy Job Duties Include:

 

• Clinical Documentation Oversight
• Supervision of Clinical Supervisors, Licensed Therapists & Licensed Therapist Assistants
• Clinical Mentor/Liaison
• New Hire Licensed Therapists, Licensed Therapist Assistants and Non Clinical Staff

 

Qualifications

• Graduate of a curriculum in physical, occupational or speech therapy.
• Currently licensed by the state of Arizona to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist.
• Minimum Field Experience of 3 Years
• Managerial/Supervisory Experience
