Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our E-Commerce brand. Our ideal candidate will have experience with leading team members from an agency as well overseeing Performance Marketing channels. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy for Kings Loot and ensuring alignment with our core values and report directly to the CMO (with a dotted line to the CEO.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team of agency partners to hit their routine KPIs.
- Analyze CRO performance data and make data-driven optimizations.
- Collect and present progress updates to the CMO.
- Present action-oriented initiatives to grow the brand.
- Identify needs and enhance greater productivity through daily metrics and quarterly business reviews.

- Tech Stack Knowledge:
- Ecommerce Platforms: Shopify, META/IG/TikTok Shop, Amazon Store
- Data Tracking: TripleWhale, Hyros
- Page Builders: Replo
- Other SaaS: SKIO, ShipHero, ClickUp, G Suite, SLACK, Figma/Canva, OCU, Zapier
- Leadership:
- Willing to lead from the trenches when necessary.
- Find the appropriate tactics for you and your team to hit the strategic goals on the strategic roadmap.
- Lead from the front with knowledge, ability, expertise and critical analysis.
- Lead a team of 3-5 performance marketers (with some being agency)
- Performance Marketing Expertise:
- Highly proficient media buying experience (Facebook, Google, Amazon - PPC.)
- Excellent management of Performance Marketing managers.
- Dashboard analysis with a clear understanding of next steps.
- Understand what’s in-scope and out-of-scope for performance vs growth marketing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred (not required.)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing / 2+ years of experience leading teams.
- Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly in E-Commerce.
- Proven experience managing teams of Performance Marketing managers.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Laser focused on the delivery of Performance metrics.
- Extensive experience building and managing Performance Marketing programs to deliver business goals while optimizing ROAS.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, people, and leveraging data to make critical decisions.
Additional Preferences:
- Agency experience.
- Experience with disruptors such as Charlie Disruptors courses (Shop Nova, CTC & Hemon X)
- Experience with Subscription/Continuity.
- Experience with ClickUp.

Compensation:
- Approximately $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus (pay is determined using various factors, including work location, years of experience, and expertise)
