```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align operational goals with overall business objectives
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
