EverLine Coatings and Services, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Director of Operations to help lead our Franchise Location in Louisville KY.
Job brief
We are looking for a Director of Operations to develop and lead day-to-day operations of the local business unit.
Director of Operations responsibilities include formulating and leading operational strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations
Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
Develop and execute new growth directives and strategies
Manage procurement, inventory, and resource allocation
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for ownership as requested
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Deliver outstanding service quality and client satisfaction
Ensure equipment is well maintained and ready at all times
Resolve problems as required (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors, poor service quality, etc)
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an operations leader or similar executive role
Experience in commercial B to B services
Experience in planning and budgeting
Proven project management experience
Strong working knowledge of business processes and functions (e.g. finance, HR, procurement, operations, quality, complaint handling and resolution, etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving aptitude
Paving, line striping, sealcoating, concrete and epoxy flooring experience preferred
BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA preferred
This is a W2 Full Time Salaried Position with the following benefits.
Base Salary Range: $65,000 $75,000 Based on Experience
