Our partner specializes in manufacturing high-temperature industrial textiles, including fabrics, felts, blankets, and ropes, for applications like thermal and acoustical insulation, stress relief blankets, and gasketing. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and manage a new division specializing in leaching processes for the manufacturing of heat-resistant fabrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects OF OPERATIONS within this division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability of production processes. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in textile manufacturing and a deep understanding of leaching processes.
