We are an established and successful personal injury litigation law firm seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as our Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall operations of our firm, including but not limited to: managing the marketing strategy, case acquisition, management strategies and overseeing human resources. Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the firm's marketing goals and objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee the development and execution of comprehension marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and values.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing operations and ensure seamless integration with other departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve marketing performance and ROI.
- Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize the return on investment. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with owner, attorneys, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Build & and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a senior leadership role within the marketing function of a law firm or professional services firm.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing effective business strategies and achieving growth targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and personal injury law is a plus.
