Director of Operations
Job Summary-
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational efficiency
of the Harry Meyering Center. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing
and implementing strategic plans, and managing the budget. Collaborative oversight of the financial, informational technologies and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities-
- Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including fundraising,
program delivery and administration - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency
- Manage the budget and ensure that it is in line with organizational goals
- Ensure positive financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Project management, including organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
- Resolve operational issues and problems
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, and operations management
- Disability related industry experience preferable
- Proven skills in project management and strategic initiatives
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass an MN Department of Human Services Background Study.

Mankato, MN, Onsite
