Director of Nursing-Senior Living

The Director of Nursing is responsible for nursing care activities and administrative functions of the department in accordance with policies and procedures of the facility and accepted nursing standards. Additionally, he/she is responsible for employee management, screening, orientation, scheduling, and supervision. The Director of Nursing will work directly with residents and Ridgecrest staff to ensure the nursing care needs of residents are being met. He/she is responsible for the effective operation of the nursing department.
Maintains and manages a nursing staff capable of meeting all Village standards for quality and efficient resident care. Supervises nursing staff including staff evaluations. Must be an RN licensed in the State of Iowa.
