Our client is a CCRC facility with Skilled Nursing, assisted living, memory care and independent living units in search of a Director of Nursing (DON).
They are in search of a Director of Nursing (DON) with at least 3 years experience as a Director of Nursing (DON). The right candidate must have a current and active California state Registered Nurse (RN) License.
This position is responsible for the direction of resident care in the Skilled Nursing setting. Manages nursing team members. Consults with staff and management team on nursing problems and interpretation of organizational policies to ensure resident needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assists in formulating budget.
Requirements:
- Good Survey History as Director of Nursing (DON)
- Great leadership Skills
- Valid CA RN and in Good Standing
- Live in East Bay or be willing to relocate to there
Pay:$125,000 to $155,000 depending on experience
