Director of Nursing (DON)

Advanced Health Care of Hanover is a brand new, state of the art, skilled nursing facility. AHC has a long history of quality, five star rated facilities and highly competent staff. With our ability to impress the communities we are able to grow into, AHC decided to expand to our first facility in Pennsylvania. We are extremely excited to help the community of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, and are looking for the best staff out there.

We are looking for a qualified Director of Nursing as one of our key components to creating the best environment possible for our residents, their families and our staff. We truly care about our employees and feel like the Director of Nursing represents and shows a lot of the values the company holds dear to, to our employees.

Qualifications:

We need someone who has

- RN license

- years of Nursing experience

- time spent working in a skilled nursing facility

- nurse management experience (DON, nurse manager, coordinators, etc.)

- ability to lead and communicate with RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA's kindly

- knowledge of CMS guidelines on charting, diagnosing and caring for residents

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
