Job Summary: Assistant Director of Nursing at MediBril
MediBril is seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to bolster our nursing leadership team. Key Duties:
- Clinical Supervision: Oversee and guide nursing staff to ensure best clinical practices, providing mentorship and training as necessary.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, revising, and implementing nursing policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Staff Management: Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of Nursing staff, promoting professional growth within the team.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate and supervise patient care activities, ensuring compliance with established standards and practices.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in managing departmental budgets and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Care Planning: Assist in evaluating and establishing patient care plans, ensuring they meet patients' individual needs.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest healthcare regulations and ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of patient care services.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $53.57 - $57.69 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
