We are working with one of the largest dedicated Behavioral Hospitals in the market.
This position is minutes north of Downtown Louisville, KY

- Work with Medical Director and CEO.
- Monday-Friday Schedule
- Ideal Candidiate will be able to interact with nurse managers/leaders within all of our units.
- Strong Support from a system level. Hospital is part of larger Behavorial Health System
- Work within our team on state and Joint Comission Surverys
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary with full benefits. PTO, Administrative Time. Ability to build our your day.
Ideal Provider:
- BSN or MSN.
- At least 5 years of Behavioral Healthcare Leadership.
- Have a Servant Leadership Mindset.
- Ability to interact and lead by example.
This position will give you the ability to grow within the hospital's leadership team.
Ideal candidate will/can work with the local civic leadership in the area!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,000.00 - $102,001.00 per year
