Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure quality patient care and optimal patient outcomes
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless clinic operations
- Manage clinic budget and resources to ensure financial sustainability

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or medical administration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other healthcare management software

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Ambulatory surgery center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 2 years (Required)
• Outpatient: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
