Job Title: Director of Nursing

$40/HR--40HRS=$1600/Week*8HR Shift* (7:00A-3:30P) *6 Week Contract

Job Description: As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising all nursing activities, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and provide leadership and support to the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing nursing staff and operations
• Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborating with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
