Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at our esteemed nursing home facility. The Assistant Director of Nursing will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest level of care for our residents and the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing services to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Nursing care plans and assessment protocols.
• Participate in staff education and training programs to promote professional development and enhance the quality of care.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to nursing services and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
