SalaryThe Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are seeking an energetic and compassionate leader to head our dynamic health care team as the Director of Nursing. The DON will oversee all health programs and services in our 72 bed SNF. Our team is both large and diverse, providing excellent support for our valued nurse leaders including: a Director of Staff Development & IP Nurse, MDS coordinator, RNs/LPNs, CNAs, a Social Service Coordinator and Clinical Records Coordinator! Wages: $105,000 - $125,000 / year DOE

About You:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required.
- Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing environment; preferably as an ADON, DON, MDS Coordinator or Director of Staff Development.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing facility operations.
