Duties

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services with the overall direction and operation of the Nevada location including participation in: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; performance management; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Assist with the development and application of Nursing services, objectives, and policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and State Home Health regulations.
• Assist the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) in developing and implementing appropriate plans of actions
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to current field staff
• Manage clinical operations and assist in developing care plans and comprehensive assessments of each patient.
• Perform hands on care as needed

Requirements

• Current New Mexico RN License

• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous knowledge of Home Health processes and regulations
