Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to all residents!

M-F: 8:00am – 5:00 pm 
Up to $180,000/annually! 
Education/Experience: 
10 years of experience in nursing and as DON 
RN - BSN license in TN 
Experience with Vents and Trachs
Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to all residents
This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Nursing operations, including staff supervision, policy development, and resident care assessments
Provide leadership and supervision to all nursing staff in the facility, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote quality care and compliance with industry standards

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
