Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Nursing operations within the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
- Manage and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and mentoring as needed
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and medical information
- Stay updated on current trends, research, and advancements in nursing practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Proven experience in nurse management or leadership role
- Knowledge of assisted living, hospice care, acute care, and medical records management
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks
