Director of Nursing - Memphis, TN

Exciting Career Opportunities for a Director of Nursing at our clients facility in Memphis, Tennessee 38116!

The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Facility and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Medical Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. 
Pay: Up to $180,000 annually
Schedule: M-F: 8:00am – 5:00 pm  However, need to be flexible and available 24/7.

Requirements:
- Unencumbered RN state license
- Must have Bachelor’s degree; prefer Master’s. 
- Must have 10 years of experience as a DON with background in long-term care. Must have State Compliance & Survey experience.
