Role and Responsibilities:

• 📈 Leadership Excellence: Oversee the Med Surg units, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation.
• 🌟 Team Management: Direct a dedicated team including a Manager, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and more.
• 🚀 Strategic Planning: Drive the development of short and long-range programs and project plans.
• 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• 📚 Staff Development: Guide, mentor, and evaluate your team, fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Nursing Degree: Bachelor's (required); Master's (preferred).
• 👩‍⚕️ Florida RN Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
• 🌟 Experience: 3-5+ years of acute hospital and management experience.
