As the Director of Marketing, you are the visionary leader at the helm of crafting and executing the overarching marketing strategies that drive the success of the organization. The Director of Marketing role encompasses a multifaceted array of responsibilities, blending creativity with analytical prowess, and strategic foresight with tactical agility. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing plans that encompass both online and offline channels, leveraging market research and consumer insights to inform decision-making. Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, spanning digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising mediums. The Director of Marketing will continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (others may be assigned):
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service.
Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Manages our CMS; optimizing our SEO and updating Google Pay-Per-Click ensuring content is clear and up to date.
Coordinates Google Pay-Per-Click advertising, online advertising, and social media advertising, regularly reviewing and amending key words to optimize performance.
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
Compare and analyze competitors marketing strategy.
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
Responsible for all marketing material posted. (Flyers, Commercials, Radio Ads, Online, Digital and Social Media campaigns).
Ensures the highest standard of Marketing materials to ensure uniformity and most professional and detailed appearance.
Collaborates with outsourced advertising agencies to ensure optimal and the most efficient marketing strategy is employed for the company.
Understanding and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations and return-on-investment.
Oversee the operation of a company's website and provide analytics reviews
Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.
Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines.
Responsible for creating weekly or monthly marketing reports
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital Advertising Knowledge (Google, PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing, & Paid Social)
- Experience updating Google Pay-Per-Click
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to use good judgment.
- Must be available to work onsite Monday-Friday in the Tomball area from 8am-5pm, Some weekend days required depending on special events that are scheduled with in SynergenX.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or communications; Required. Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of 7+ years of proven marketing campaign experience.
