Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $121700 - $164300 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Work with key business stakeholders to assess the efficiency of our marketing systems and processes to help define strategy, eliminate ambiguity, identifying technology gaps, derive insights that will inform data-based decisions, define business and data requirements, governance, ensure data compliance, cleansing, reporting and administration.
- Collaborate with the team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive actionable insights
- Lead, grow, and mentor the Marketing Technology team, overseeing the architecture and operation of a world-class Marketing Technology stack
- Act as a technical expert to drive business requirements associated with technology investments, manage integrations, and explore new technology solutions
- Set and communicate the Marketing Technology and data roadmap, overall health, and investment priorities
- Own existing technology solutions, maximizing their use and implementing users on key Technology and systems
- Manage budgets, internal projects, and participate in business development meetings.
- Prepare request for proposals, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, reconciliations, and other documentation for projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or Marketing Technology, sales operations, or IT.
- Experience with marketing and sales technology stacks
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, growing, and scaling teams and demonstrated ability driving organizational change with global and diverse teams
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and a demonstrable track record of delivering high impact solutions
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to link project outcomes to business objectives
- Passionate about system design and translating requests and business processes into insights-based solutions
- JIRA and Confluence software experience a plus
